We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader Operations to oversee our inbound and outbound operations at the Nestlé Distribution Center. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team, fostering efficient decision-making and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Your responsibilities will include optimizing labor resources, coordinating transportation logistics, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and implementing best practices in warehouse management.
The ideal candidate will hold an MBA or a Bachelor of Engineering degree, possess relevant experience in Distribution Operations, and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and SAP “MH Modules”.
