Job Description
A.A. Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking a skilled and professional Mall Operations Manager to join our team at our Multan facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in mall operations or a similar role. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs100,00 to Rs140,00 per month. A preferred qualification is an MBA in Marketing and Sales.
The Mall Operations Manager will be responsible for training and supervising staff, fostering a positive work environment, assisting with budget management, overseeing maintenance issues, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service quality.
