Job Description
Zue Pvt Ltd is looking for a committed Accounting and Bookkeeping Executive to manage daily financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and assist our finance team with timely reconciliations and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording transactions in QuickBooks, reconciling accounts on a monthly basis, processing payments through Bill.com, and supporting payroll entries with Paychex. Additionally, this role will involve generating financial reports and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 2-4 years of bookkeeping experience with U.S. clients, and proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and Paychex.
