Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain and Administration Manager to lead purchasing, inventory, logistics, and administrative operations. The role ensures efficient end-to-end supply processes, enforces company policies, and supports operational continuity.
- Manage vendor relationships, demand forecasting, inventory control, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.
- Coordinate shipments, oversee logistics partners, and supervise administrative staff.
- Implement ERP workflows, track KPIs, and report performance to senior management.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain or operations; strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills; proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
