Job Description
YNC PAKISTAN is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Upwork Bidder to join our team located in Gulistan-e-Johar Block 19. This full-time role involves working night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
In this position, you will manage and enhance our Upwork profile, conduct thorough research, submit bids on design and development projects, prepare persuasive proposals, and cultivate strong relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for negotiating high-value projects and monitoring performance metrics for ongoing improvement.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven experience in Upwork bidding, possess exceptional proposal writing abilities, and be capable of working independently to meet established goals.
