Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual at ya-tech for the role of Urdu Language Intern to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include:
- Answering calls professionally
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints
- Providing product and service information
- Processing orders and applications
- Identifying priority issues
- Coordinating with departments for follow-ups
- Generating business leads
- Performing other tasks as assigned
Remuneration: Rs25,00.00 – Rs28,00.00 per month, including leave benefits.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- No Criminal Record
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
