Job Description
We invite you to become a Fundraising Call Agent with the Women’s Empowerment Group! In this role, you will engage in outbound calls to both existing and prospective donors, effectively communicating our mission and demonstrating how their contributions can make a difference. Your responsibilities will include confidently soliciting donations and addressing any concerns professionally, all while striving to meet daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.
Ideal candidates should possess at least an Intermediate qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and have prior experience in generating donations for social or health-related initiatives in Pakistan. Strong communication skills in Urdu are essential, and proficiency in English is advantageous. A goal-oriented mindset and basic computer literacy are crucial for success in this position.
