Job Description
WebDigitalSphere is on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative who embodies a “CAN DO” attitude and possesses exceptional communication skills, particularly in English. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in making outbound calls and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed service information to customers.
- Address inquiries through phone and email channels.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records.
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and chat.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Availability for morning shifts (9am to 6pm).
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00/month
Location: Onsite in Rehmanabad, Rawalpindi
