Job Description
WBM Technologies in Lahore seeks a full-time Motor Winding Technician. Work hours are Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Salary: PKR 40,00–50,00.
Requirements: technical training or equivalent hands-on experience in motor winding and industrial motor repair. The technician will diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, rewind single- and three-phase motors, disassemble and inspect windings, replace coils, bearings, and insulation, perform motor testing, maintain tools and equipment, and adhere to safety and quality standards.
Skills: proficiency in copper winding techniques, insulation and testing methods, interpretation of wiring diagrams, strong troubleshooting ability, and clear communication.
