Job Description
WBM PVT LTD is a leading manufacturing and retail business, dedicated to providing innovative and organic products for a healthy lifestyle. We are currently seeking a motivated Customer Support Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities include answering calls professionally, maintaining customer records, processing orders, and following up on customer requests. You will also refer unresolved issues to designated departments.
Requirements: Strong communication skills in English, own laptop, and preferred Bachelor’s degree. Inter students with prior call center experience are welcome to apply.
Salary ranges from Rs 45,00 to Rs 55,00 with night shifts only. This is a full-time position.
