Job Description
WAVE is seeking energetic, customer-focused Customer Support Executives for US-based ACA, Medicare, and MVA campaigns. This onsite night-shift position (7:00 PM–5:00 AM) at Time Square Plaza, I-10 Markaz, Islamabad requires handling inbound calls, delivering positive customer experiences, accurately documenting interactions, and collaborating with the team to improve service quality.
- Requirements: strong English proficiency, confidence, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced night environment. Call center experience is a plus; motivated fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Compensation: Rs.50,00–100,00 plus daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses, with performance-based growth and supportive management.
