Job Description
Walee Technologies seeks a full-time, on-site Bancassurance Sales Officer to conduct outbound telesales for the Hakeem Tahafuz Takaful plan. The role requires professional engagement with prospects to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Responsibilities: outbound calling, meeting targets, CRM updates, handling inquiries, and supporting team/process improvements.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Business or Marketing preferred); proven telesales or call center experience (insurance/financial products preferred); strong communication and persuasion skills; ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment; familiarity with Islamic finance is a plus.
Hours: 9 AM–6 PM. Salary: Rs40,00/month. In-person at Islamabad I-9/2.
