Job Description
We are seeking a formal, experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee daily HR functions within our software house. You will implement HR strategies and policies, manage employee relations, lead recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, and conduct exit interviews. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Minimum 3+ years HR management in an IT-related firm; at least 2 years within a software house (required)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM
- Proven experience designing and implementing HR policies, addressing employee relations, and fostering employee development
- Location: Faisalabad — must reliably commute or relocate before start; on-site, full-time
Requirements
