Job Description
Location: Faisalabad (on-site)
Office Hours: 5 PM to 1 AM
Voltic Inc is on the lookout for a motivated and skilled Executive Assistant to support the CEO in daily operations and strategic projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of efficiently handling a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage daily schedules and facilitate communications.
- Prepare reports and assist with project tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
