Job Description
Vire HR Solutions seeks a proactive Customer Support Representative for Last Mile operations at Ferozepur Road, Gajjumata, Lahore. This is a full-time, in-person role (10:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Saturday).
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate courier dispatch and routing; monitor daily courier performance.
- Handle shipper and customer inquiries and complaints; perform Shipper Advice tasks (outbound calls, status updates, tracking).
- Analyze operational data, prepare performance summaries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate delivery and interaction records.
Qualifications: courier/logistics or customer support experience is a plus. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication, coordination, multitasking, problem-solving, follow-up skills, and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
