Salary: PKR 15,00/month + 10% Commission on Successful Deals

Vines Commerce is actively looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder to join our Lahore team on-site. This position is perfect for individuals who are well-versed in freelancing platforms and are eager to generate leads while successfully closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and submit high-quality proposals on Upwork.
- Identify and apply for relevant job opportunities daily.
- Engage with potential clients and coordinate calls.
- Collaborate with internal teams for project estimation.
- Monitor and report on bidding performance.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional written English communication skills.
- Basic familiarity with Upwork or similar platforms.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
- Must be available for on-site work.
