Job Description
Company: Veclar Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd.
Location: Islamabad (On-site)
Shift: U.S. Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: PKR 16,00 per hour
Monthly Salary: Rs150,00 – Rs180,00
Veclar Technologies is looking for a Customer Success Executive to strengthen client relationships and enhance the customer experience. The role involves managing client accounts, conducting outreach initiatives, and providing onboarding support.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate excellent English communication skills. Preference will be given to those with experience in CRM tools and familiarity with SaaS or B2B environments.
