Job Description
VC Filing is seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Support Agent in Model Town to assist Pakistan-based clients with U.S. LLC formation. Compensation starts at Rs25,00/month.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls and following company scripts
- Explaining LLC services and the filing process clearly
- Recording client information, scheduling follow-ups, and meeting performance targets
Qualifications: 1+ year of customer support experience preferred; motivated freshers with strong English and Urdu communication skills are welcome. Professional phone presence, active listening, and a customer-focused attitude are required. Basic understanding of business or LLC filing is a plus; training will be provided.
