Job Description
Value Green View is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures, while also overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Your key responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and managing payroll, benefits, and training programs. This part-time position offers a competitive salary range of Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month, requiring 25 to 30 hours of work per week. You will have the flexibility to work remotely, with opportunities to collaborate with our team based in DHA Lahore, Pakistan.
