Job Description
User Experience Hub (PVT) LTD is currently on the lookout for a highly technical and detail-oriented QA & Customer Support Specialist to enhance our team. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in mobile and web application quality assurance, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and maintain a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct QA testing on mobile applications and websites.
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries in fluent American English.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of QA tools and testing methodologies.
- Must reside in the vicinity of DHA Multan.
Hourly Rate: $2.50 – $3.50, Contract Length: 6 months, Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week.
