Reporting To: General Manager, Sales and Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Generate leads through networking, digital platforms, and cold calling.
- Conduct property tours and presentations for potential clients.
- Negotiate agreements and finalize sales deals.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
