Job Description
The Uplift Team is looking for a skilled Lead Project Manager to create, implement, and manage HR systems that ensure our multi-project operations are efficient, transparent, and compliant.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various HR functions.
- Manage HRIS workflows utilizing platforms such as Zoho People or BambooHR.
- Collaborate with project managers to synchronize staffing strategies.
- Conduct audits to ensure policies comply with legal standards.
- Maintain precise records of headcount, payroll, and attendance data.
- Provide weekly reports on HR metrics through dashboards.
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Starting at Rs85,00.00/month.
