Job Description
Union Developers (Pvt.) Ltd is on the lookout for a talented HR Executive (Operations) with a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR operations. Ideal candidates should possess a comprehensive understanding of key HR processes including attendance management, payroll coordination, employee record maintenance, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee data and HRIS systems effectively.
- Oversee attendance and overtime records.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
- Coordinate payroll processing on a monthly basis.
- Ensure strict adherence to HR policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools is essential.
