Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Brand Manager – Hair to support the growth and management of our haircare portfolio. You will assist in developing brand strategy, coordinating product launches, executing marketing campaigns, and managing retail activations and agency or influencer partnerships. You will also track budgets, monitor KPIs, and analyze consumer and market insights to enhance sales and brand equity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG or personal care
- Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel; passion for haircare and creative thinking
