Job Description
The Talk Flow is actively seeking motivated and confident individuals for our Medicare and Final Expense Campaign. We have openings for Customer Service Representatives (Fronters) and Verifiers to join our dynamic night shift team. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and maintain a positive and goal-driven mindset. We welcome fresh candidates, and previous call center experience is a plus.
The night shift hours are from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM at our office located on Main 6th Road, near Shah G Food. We offer competitive salaries: Fronters can earn between 20,00 – 30,00 PKR (negotiable), while Verifiers can earn between 30,00 – 35,00 PKR.
