Job Description
Ultimate Buildmart is on the lookout for a dedicated HR Executive to contribute to our daily HR and administrative operations. This pivotal role ensures the smooth functioning of internal processes and effective employee management by overseeing recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, office administration, facility management, and optimizing overall operational efficiency.
The key responsibilities for this position include managing recruitment activities, maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with payroll preparation, monitoring attendance, and addressing employee inquiries promptly.
Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, possess 1-3 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office.
