Job Description
TURBO BRANDS FACTORY is seeking a results-oriented Paid Media Specialist to plan, launch, and scale campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok. You will create ad creatives and copy, run A/B tests, analyze CPC/CTR/CPA/ROAS, manage pixels and tracking, and segment audiences to maximize ROI.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns on at least two platforms
- Strong analytical orientation and a creative testing mindset
- eCommerce or fashion experience preferred
Preferred skills: basic graphic editing (Canva), Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, TikTok Pixel, and Shopify. Full-time, in-person role. Competitive performance-based pay Rs40,00–Rs80,00/month, flexible hours, growth opportunities, and KPI bonuses.
