Job Description
TruckItIn is on the lookout for a proactive Rider In-Charge to lead our fleet of riders and guarantee seamless operations. In this pivotal position, you will provide real-time support and coordination, along with daily reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee live dashboards to monitor order flow.
- Collaborate with riders and customers to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to service standards.
- Manage rider schedules and availability effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed.
Requirements: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations, proficiency in Excel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts.
