Job Description
Translation Empire PK is seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter Intern to contribute to our talent acquisition initiatives. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to engage in sourcing, screening, and connecting with technical candidates who align with our organizational culture and objectives. We invite motivated individuals eager to delve into the intricacies of technical recruitment.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with hiring managers, conduct initial candidate screenings, utilize recruitment tools, and support the enhancement of the recruitment process.
Requirements: MA/BA in Computer Science, IT, or related fields; a genuine interest in technical roles; and strong communication skills are essential.
Work Schedule: Office-based, 10 AM – 7 PM. Location: DHA Sector F, Rawalpindi. Compensation: Market Competitive.
