Job Description
Traditions by Saleem Fabrics is seeking a full-time Sweeper Supervisor to oversee cleaning staff, coordinate daily schedules, and maintain high standards of facility cleanliness. Key duties include monitoring attendance and task completion; supervising sweeping, mopping, restroom maintenance, and waste disposal; managing cleaning supplies and requisitions; training new team members; reporting maintenance issues or leaks; enforcing health and safety protocols; and preparing daily and weekly reports. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent (matriculation preferred), proven experience in cleaning operations and team supervision, and strong communication and leadership skills. This is an on-site, full-time role.
