Job Description
Traditions by Saleem Fabrics is seeking a dedicated Fragrance Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service while showcasing our exclusive collection of perfumes. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the shopping experience by understanding customer preferences and making tailored fragrance recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers warmly.
- Recommend perfumes based on individual tastes.
- Provide detailed information on fragrance notes, brands, and pricing.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism.
- Accurately process sales transactions.
- Maintain a well-organized and inviting perfume display.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
