Job Description
Touchstone Communications seeks a dedicated IT Support Officer to deliver timely, professional technical assistance. The successful candidate will manage support tickets, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, and perform installations and configurations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT support tickets, ensure timely responses and resolutions, and escalate when necessary
- Identify and troubleshoot technical problems across systems
- Install and configure Windows and common software applications
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT
- Minimum 1 year of IT support experience
- Proficiency with Windows installations and Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time. Salary: Rs55,00 per month. Night shift availability required.
