Job Description
Salary: PKR 35,00 – 40,00
Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | Off Days: Saturday & Sunday
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and recruitment? Total Solution is looking for a proactive Call Center Representative to connect with potential Loan Officers, conduct interviews, and strengthen our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate calls to potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews to determine candidates’ suitability for the position.
- Effectively present the advantages of joining our organization.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage follow-up communications.
Requirements: Strong English communication skills; call center experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; basic computer proficiency is required.
