Job Description
The Topaz Group of Companies is seeking a Human Resources and Administration Manager to partner closely with the CEO and COO on strategic HR initiatives. This position entails managing recruitment and training processes, creating job descriptions, and resolving employee relations matters. The manager will also work in collaboration with the Finance Manager to oversee payroll, ensure accurate HR data management, and handle administrative tasks to foster a safe and productive workplace.
The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing employee engagement, managing compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring adherence to labor laws. This is a full-time, in-person role, offering a competitive salary between Rs80,00.00 and Rs100,00.00 per month.
