Job Description
TMG Ventures is currently on the lookout for a committed and skilled Store Manager for our Miniso Retail outlet in Karachi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, enhancing sales performance, and ensuring outstanding customer service.
Your primary duties will involve managing staffing and inventory, recruiting and training a proficient retail team, and implementing company policies to achieve operational excellence. Additionally, you will analyze sales data to formulate effective strategies and uphold high standards of visual merchandising.
