Titanium Group is currently in search of a meticulous and highly organized HR Officer. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support, assisting with recruitment processes, and managing various HR functions as designated by the directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating job postings and organizing interviews
- Facilitating onboarding processes for new employees
- Maintaining and updating employee records
- Implementing HR policies and procedures
- Processing payroll accurately
- Assisting in performance management processes
- Conducting thorough background checks
