Job Description
Tiltop Roofers Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Estimator & Insurance Report Specialist to manage roof estimations, assess damages, and prepare insurance reports. The ideal candidate will produce clear and precise estimates, develop professional proposals, and create detailed reports supported by comprehensive documentation and cost analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manually sketch roof layouts and generate accurate cost estimates.
- Craft and send client proposals in a professional format.
- Conduct market research on labor and material rates.
Requirements: Candidates should have experience in estimation or insurance reporting, possess strong analytical skills, demonstrate knowledge of roofing materials, and exhibit excellent communication abilities.
