Job Description
Tibbi Pvt LTD, located in Garden Town, is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to oversee our recruitment process and ensure we attract and hire top talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, maintaining employee databases, assisting with payroll and attendance tracking, facilitating employee engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a preference for candidates who have at least one year of HR experience. Strong knowledge of HR principles and excellent communication skills are essential.
