Shift: Night Shift (US Business Hours)

Thrive360 Technologies is actively seeking committed Verifiers for our US Home Warranty Campaign. In this role, you will primarily focus on verifying customer information and ensuring adherence to compliance standards while maintaining precise records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify customer information related to home warranty services.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure documentation accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and US regulations.
- Update CRM software with comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to uphold quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in verification or call center roles.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Able to handle a high volume of calls.
