Job Description
Are you meticulous and passionate about upholding high-quality standards? Three Percent Pakistan is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team for the night shift.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for evaluating customer interactions via calls, emails, and chat messages. You will also provide constructive feedback and analyze service metrics to ensure excellence. The working hours for this position are from 7:30 PM to 3:40 AM, five days a week.
We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs40,00.00, along with one paid leave after the completion of the probation period.
