Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service and IT Officer to provide outstanding user support and maintain IT systems. Core duties include managing helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting basic network and server administration, performing routine backups and security updates, documenting incidents, and training end users. You will collaborate with teams to escalate complex problems and enhance service processes.
- Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service or technical support
- Skills: Strong communication, troubleshooting, and time-management; familiarity with Windows/Linux, basic networking, and helpdesk tools preferred
