Job Description

Think Higher Consultants is actively seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Coordinator to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring efficient office operations through comprehensive administrative support. This includes coordinating activities, managing correspondence, and handling various clerical tasks. Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in MS Word are required, along with a minimum of two years of applicable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver general administrative support, such as mailing and document copying.
• Maintain communication with clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
• Prepare and oversee official documents and reports.
