Job Description
The Uni Grad is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Student Counsellor to join our dedicated counselling team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, guiding students through various educational programs, and assisting them throughout the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students.
- Provide accurate information about courses and admission requirements.
- Counsel students to help them make informed decisions.
- Encourage student enrollment through effective follow-up.
- Maintain an organized database of inquiries.
