Job Description
The Success Ventures (Suzuki Premier Motors, Lahore) is hiring a Female Customer Relation Officer. This full-time, in-person role offers Rs35,00+/month plus 100% incentive per mature appointment. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and follow-ups, maintaining customer records and feedback, coordinating with sales and after-sales teams, and ensuring excellent service standards. Requirements: female; minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred); strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle customer queries professionally; basic MS Word and Excel; prior customer service experience is a plus.
