Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in managing vehicle repairs related to accidents.
- Prepare job cards and estimates while securing necessary approvals.
- Facilitate communication between the workshop, insurance companies, and clients.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with body repair processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
