Job Description
The Skin Xperts is searching for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and drive sales through WhatsApp. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be educated at the intermediate or graduate level, and be fluent in Urdu, with a good command of English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries through WhatsApp promptly.
- Effectively resolve customer issues.
- Confirm orders and provide timely status updates.
- Promote products and contribute to sales generation.
Qualifications:
- Education Level: Intermediate/Graduate
- Language Proficiency: Urdu (Fluent), English (Mid-level)
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
