Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for an enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team at The Ranking Geeks, located at TRG Office, Sutlej Ave, Block B1, PGECHS, Lahore. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to 80,00 PKR.
Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM
Walk-in Interviews: 8 PM – 10 PM
Preference: Male Candidates
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct walk-in interviews and oversee hiring drives
- Manage the complete recruitment process
- Maintain HR records and produce reports
- Collaborate with team leads to determine hiring needs
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- 1+ years of HR experience in a call center or BPO
- Able to multitask and thrive under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (preferred)
