Job Description
The Noor Project is currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teacher Assistant to join our team in supporting Pre-K to Grade 5 classrooms in Lahore. The ideal candidate will assist the Class Teacher with daily activities, implement lessons, and provide individual or small group support to students needing additional help. A key focus will be on creating a nurturing and positive learning environment, while also aiding in classroom management and maintaining teaching materials.
Qualifications include: a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Education (preferred), experience with young children or in an educational setting, along with strong communication and teamwork skills. Candidates should exhibit patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students.
Salary: Rs40,00 per month. Job Type: Full-time, in person.
