Job Description
The Assistant Manager – Credit Recovery at The-Hiring is accountable for overseeing overdue accounts and implementing strategies to reduce bad debts. Key responsibilities include monitoring delinquent accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and collaborating with the legal department on escalated cases.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, coupled with 3–5 years of experience in credit recovery. Candidates must possess strong negotiation skills and be proficient in ERP systems. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs100,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month.
