Job Description
We are looking for a results-oriented Head of Sales with over 8 years of experience in the transport and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong operational background and exhibit strategic leadership in driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring effective collaboration among sales, customer service, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet established targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients.
